Heartland Healthcare Service: Dec 9th at 4 PM. Please come if you are able to mingle with the residents. They love the interaction.
Community Christmas Party: On Wednesday, Dec 19th, we are hosting our annual party. The goal of the party is to provide a place where relationships with families from our community can be developed with members of RCC. Volunteers are needed in a variety of areas. Please put your name on an area you are interested in helping with on the signup sheet on the bulletin board. There will be a training and preparation meeting during the evening service meal on Sunday, Dec 16th. Contact Pastor Bryan with any questions.
Rothbury Christmas Child: Please bring shoeboxes filled with toys, school supplies, hygiene items, etc., by Sunday, Dec 16th. There is a list of ages and recommended items on bulletin board in the lobby. Contact Janette Small (231.740.3181) if you have any questions.
Giving Tree: Please bring hats, mittens, gloves, and/or scarves by Dec 18th. No blankets, jackets, etc., this year. All items will go to charity (if you know of a family in need or of a worthy group, please contact Kay Jancek.) The tree is located in the lobby.
Church Work Day: Please join us for our monthly church work day after the Men’s Breakfast on Dec 8th. Due to a scheduling conflict we are moving the kitchen projects back to Jan 12th, but we have a number of small projects that need attention. If you have questions please contact Ryan Ransom. Thanks!
Mailboxes and Attendance Cards are updated. If you do not have a mailbox, please let us know (fill out the tear off on the bulletin or call the office). If you are a member or have been attending for a while, you may already have one. Please check the Fellowship Hall.
Men’s Breakfast Fellowship: The next Men’s Breakfast is Saturday, Dec 8th.
Christmas Food Basket Names: If you have names of families that need baskets, please turn them in by Dec 9th so that we can order the hams. See insert for submission form, other items needed, and additional information.
Membership Class: Interested in membership at RCC? Just want to know more about us? The next membership classes are scheduled for Jan 9th and 16th (from 6-7:30 PM). Watch the bulletin board for a sign up sheet.
