Community Christmas Party: On Wednesday, Dec 19th, we are hosting our annual party. The goal of the party is to provide a place where relationships with families from our community can be developed with members of RCC. Volunteers are needed in a variety of areas. Please put your name on an area you are interested in helping with on the signup sheet on the bulletin board. There will be a training and preparation meeting during the evening service meal on Sunday, Dec 16th. Contact Pastor Bryan with any questions.

Rothbury Christmas Child: Please bring shoeboxes filled with toys, school supplies, hygiene items, etc., by next Sunday, Dec 16th. There is a list of ages and recommended items on bulletin board in the lobby. Contact Janette Small if you have any questions.

Giving Tree: Please bring hats, mittens, gloves, and/or scarves by Dec 18th. No blankets, jackets, etc., this year. All items will go to charity (if you know of a family in need or of a worthy group, please contact Kay Jancek.) The tree is located in the lobby.

End of year notes: If you need/want giving envelopes for next year, please notify the office by December 23rd. If you still have envelopes, you can continue to use them until they are gone. And, if you want your giving to be credited to the current year, please make sure it is postmarked no later than December 31st.

Membership Class: Interested in membership at RCC? Just want to know more about us? The next membership classes are scheduled for Jan 9th and 16th (from 6-7:30 PM). Please sign up on the bulletin board so we know how many books to make.

Let us know that you’re here! Please put your attendance cards in the basket by the mailboxes. Note: If you’ve been attending for awhile, you probably have a mailbox. Please check the Fellowship Hall. Visitors: please fill out the back side of this tab and put it in the offering plate.

Forever Young Luncheon: Are you over the age of 55? If so, please join us this Thursday, Dec 13th, at noon for a meal, followed by a program with Jamie Osterhart. There is no charge; a freewill offering will be taken. Sign up on the bulletin board. Under age 55? Come midmorning to help. with the prep, serving and/or cleanup!

Food Pantry Focus: The food pantry focus for December is personal care items and cereal. If you are able to donate, please put donations in the “food pantry” tote.

The next Evening Service is Sunday, December 16th, at 6 PM. Dan Shugars will speak from Colossians 3:5-17. At 5 PM, there will be a pre-service potluck and Community Christmas Party meeting.
