News & Events for Nov 10-16
Sound Board & Computer Operators
Contact: Joel Kroll or Stuart Hepworth
Looking for a place to serve? Volunteers are needed for helping run the sound board and computer on Sundays. Scheduling is flexible and training is available.
Contact: Kristina Griffis or Erin O’Connell
We still need more Timeout helpers. We need baby holders, or someone that will sit and read or color with a toddler. No year-long commitment required, only 4 hours a month.
Community Thanksgiving Dinner
Contact: Janet Boardwell
On Thanksgiving Day, from 12-2 PM, we will serve our annual Thanksgiving Dinner. Please see the lists on the bulletin board and volunteer to help provide food, cook, and/or clean up. There is also a signup sheet for those planning to attend the meal.
Photo Directory Update
Contact: Church Office, Dan Todd
It’s time for us to update our photo directory. Dan Todd will be taking individual pictures on Sundays, Dec 1 and 8, before the service. If you’ve been attending awhile or if it’s been awhile since you had your pictures updated (especially if you have younger children), please plan to arrive early or contact Dan to arrange a time. You can also email a photo to the office via firstname.lastname@example.org. No professional photos, please.
2019-20 Faith Promise Offering
Contact: Church Office
Faith Promise is at $57,742. If you still wish to participate, cards are available in the lobby and can be put in the offering plate or in the office mailbox. Please mark your giving as “2020 Faith Promise”.
It’s Heating Season
Contact: Church Office
We have eleven zones for heat in the church and often need to set only one or two. Please remember to close all interior doors, including the double doors in the hallways, when the building is not in use.
