Serving Opportunities

Awana Help

Contact: Shannon & Gina Sharpe

Volunteers needed. Awana is a great opportunity to share the gospel with some very special kids.  This year, we will need a Cubbies Leader (3-5 year olds). We also need game and cubbies helpers, a nursery worker and many "Listeners".  Listeners work with the kids one-on-one or in small groups on their Awana books, listening to verses and helping them understand the Word. If you're willing to help, please sign up on the bulletin board in the back of the sanctuary.  If you have questions or need convincing, please talk to Shannon or Gina Sharpe. They will be in the media area after the service today.

Sunday Morning Help Needed

Contact: Church office

We are still looking for volunteers to help with our live stream and slideshow. It is a flexible schedule, is not complicated, and training is available. Please contact the office if you are interested in helping.

Annual Meeting

Contact: Chad Carlson (Chairman of the Board of Deacons)

Due to Covid-19 the membership voted to delay the Annual Meeting (originally scheduled for April 19) until “the third Sunday we hold our regular Sunday service.” That date is September 20, so the meeting will be held during the Sunday School hour that day. A minimum of 83 members are needed for a quorum. Annual Reports are in the Lobby. Absentee ballots are available by contacting the office.

Awana Walk-Through

Contact: Shannon & Gina Sharpe

The Walk-thru/Orientation for all volunteers will be Wednesday, September 9th at 6:00 pm. Dinner will be provided.

Awana Snacks Needed

Contact: Shannon & Gina Sharpe

It has been a huge blessing to the Awana program to receive these donations.  We need juice pouches and goldfish crackers.  We prefer colorless juice (like Capri Sun strawberry kiwi) and this year we are asking for individually packaged (single serving) goldfish crackers.  Talk to the Sharpes if you have any questions.

Online Giving

Online giving is available through our website ( There is a new feature that allows you to specifically cover the fees associated with your gift. If you have set up recurring giving, please consider modifying that option, especially if you are already adding an amount to cover the fees. And thank you for your faithfulness to the work at RCC.
