Projects List:

There is a list of cleanup/repair projects on the Ministry Opportunities bulletin board in the narthex. Please sign up for any projects you can complete and talk to Chad Seaver for more information. One pressing item is repairing drywall where there was water damage.

Coffee Servers:

Could you help serve coffee in September or October? It’s a one month commitment and you could split your month with another couple. Sign up outside the kitchen or talk to Mary Sullivan. There is also a signup sheet for providing cookies for the fellowship time.

Food Pantry Juice Pickup:

We need someone to make a once-monthly trip over to Sparta to pick up juice for the food pantry, beginning in September. There are some specific vehicle requirements so please contact Sandy Christiansen.


Please join us during the Sunday School hour on Aug. 23rd in room 113 (off the sanctuary) to pray for the upcoming AWANA year. We will be briefly outlining what the year will look like, the changes that we hope to make and the help we will be needing! Talk to Shannon Sharpe with questions.

Men’s Conference:

Forever Young:

Are you over the age of 55? If so, please join us THIS Thursday, Aug 13th, at noon for a meal, followed by a program. There is no charge; a freewill offering will be taken. Sign up on the Senior Moments bulletin board (across from the kitchen). Under age 55? Come midmorning to help with the prep, serving and/or cleanup!

The Innocent Victim:

On Aug 23rd, RCC is showing Josiah Swanson’s movie, “The Innocent Victim,” at 6:00 PM. It is a touching short film about abortion, done by someone local. Please come to show your support. There will be desserts afterwards, so please sign up on the board so we know how many to prepare for!

Ladies Night:

Aug 21st 7:00 PM. Bring a snack to share and join the ladies of RCC for a night of fellowship. Kathy Craymer will be hosting us at her house. We’ll also be discussing the future of the Women’s Ministry at RCC, so bring your ideas! Talk to Gina Sharpe with questions.
