Adult Ministries

We offer a variety of opportunities for fellowship, discipleship, and overall edification for adults. See below for information regarding our adult ministries and follow links for more details.

Core Classes

Offered on Sunday mornings from 11:15-12:15, the Core Classes focus on the Bible and relevant topical studies. There are two tracks of classes, repeated every two years. The classes offered are tailored by the elders to provide a good educational foundation for every member of RCC.

Life Groups are a small group ministry where we seek to connect people to the body of Christ for the purpose of developing committed followers of Jesus Christ. We seek to provide a context for true biblical fellowship to take place among the people of RCC.

Men's Ministry

The purpose of our Men’s Ministry is as follows: First, we desire our men to experience a rich, satisfying relationship with Jesus Christ. Second, we desire to instruct and encourage our men in the understanding of biblical manhood. Thirdly, we desire to foster biblical friendships between men that will result in discipleship relationships, and will result in relationships of encouragement between peers (Proverbs 27:17). Fourth, we seek to develop in men their giftedness to effectively and faithfully serve both their family and the body of Christ.

Women's Ministry

The purpose of our Women’s Ministries is as follows: First, we desire our women to experience a rich, satisfying relationship with Jesus Christ. Second, we desire to instruct and encourage our women in the understanding of biblical womanhood which includes recognizing one’s true value and identity in Christ, recognizing God’s unconditional love for them, and embracing and practicing the roles God has called them to in alignment with how God has designed women as made clear in Scripture. Third, we desire to foster biblical friendships between women that will result in discipleship relationships between the older and the younger (Titus 2:3-5), and will result in relationships of encouragement between peers (Proverbs 27:17). Fourth, we desire to reach out to our community through the Women’s Ministry by providing welcoming, non-threatening opportunities to the women nearby. Fifth, we seek to develop in women their giftedness to effectively and faithfully serve both their family and the body of Christ.
